Velox develops and manufactures industrial-grade direct-to-shape (DTS) digital printing solutions for the rigid container industry. Our mission: To create an immersive and highly flexible tool that showcases Velox’s industrial-scale DTS printer - a machine the size of a full-length bus - in a way that’s both impressive and deeply informative. The experience had to walk each visitor through the full print process, component by component, while allowing presenters to adapt the flow based on each conversation, context, or customer interest.
Our solution: We developed an interactive experience that enables users to explore every stage of the DTS printing process - from loading and feeding to auto-calibration and unloading. Using real-time 3D visualization, visitors can navigate around and inside the printer, isolate components, and dive into specific features with a single tap.
The tool covers the entire production chain, including:
Orientation, Print Head Protection, Dust Removal, Print Engine, Wiper, Operation Screen, Curing, Image Inspection, Ink Farm, and more.
